Nele, o turista visitar\u00e1 alguns locais importantes na vida do primeiro presidente eleito democraticamente naquele pa\u00eds, como a pris\u00e3o da ilha de Robben (onde ele ficou preso por 27 anos); a casa em que morou na Vilakazi Street no bairro de Soweto em Joanesburgo (ali\u00e1s, a \u00fanica rua do mundo onde viveram dois ganhadores do pr\u00eamio Nobel da Paz: Nelson Mandela e o arcebispo Desmond Tutu); o museu ao ar livre de Kliptown, tamb\u00e9m em Soweto; e o museu dedicado \u00e0 inf\u00e2ncia e \u00e0 juventude dele na cidade de Qunu, onde seu corpo foi enterrado.<\/p>\n<h2>Nelson Mandela e o turismo na \u00c1frica do Sul<\/h2>\n<p>O ministro do Turismo da \u00c1frica do Sul, Marthinus van Schalkwyk, afirma que Mandela contribuiu muito para fomentar o turismo naquele pa\u00eds nas \u00faltimas duas d\u00e9cadas. Em 1993, um ano antes de ele ser eleito presidente, foram 3,4 milh\u00f5es de visitantes estrangeiros contra 13,5 milh\u00f5es em 2012.<\/p>\n<p>Com esse roteiro, espera-se que o turista consiga realmente sentir a import\u00e2ncia da vida e do legado de Nelson Mandela.
